	<title>Mocha Cream</title>

Mocha Cream Liqueur:
1 1/4 c  Sweetened condensed milk
           Milk
1 c  Dark rum
1 c  Heavy cream
1/4 c  Chocolate flavored syrup
4 ts Instant espresso powder
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 ts Coconut extract

Combine all in food processor or blender. Cover
and process on high speed until the mixture is
well blended and smooth.

Serve the cordial at once over cracked ice or ice
cubes. Or transfer to a tightly covered container
and refrigerate for up to two weeks. Stir just
before serving.

Mocha Cream Shortcakes:
1 cup cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1/4 cup GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL, any coffee flavor
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP French Vanilla Whipped Topping
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ladyfingers, split into 3-finger segments
1/2 cup chocolate syrup

POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix and flavored instant coffee. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping. 

SPLIT each ladyfinger segment horizontally in half. Place bottom half of 1 of the ladyfinger segments, cut side up, on each of 8 dessert plates; top evenly with the pudding mixture. Cover with tops of ladyfinger segments, cut sides down. 
DRIZZLE with chocolate syrup just before serving.

Well, with mocha cream you can make as many delicious desserts as you want. Who knew mocha cream was so versatile?  With mocha cream you can have nice, warm frothy cup of mocha coffee, or experiment and make your own mocha cream treat.
